Boxercise is a high energy fitness activity which will help with stress relief, motivation and get those endorphins pumping! We incorporate punching with exercises, drills and races to create a fun interactive teambuilding event. Don’t worry all fitness levels catered for. Make sure you have plenty of water and space to move around. Beware of low hanging ceiling lights!”
