I’m Chrissi West, a bid specialist with over 13 years’ experience helping organisations win public sector contracts.
My background spans sectors including cybersecurity, technology, healthcare and professional services, where I’ve led bids for major frameworks and multi-million-pound contracts. I’ve always been particularly passionate about helping smaller organisations compete effectively against much larger competitors.
After many years working in senior bid roles, I founded BidQuest to focus on supporting SMEs and start-ups who want to break into – or grow within – the public sector market.
I enjoy helping businesses turn great ideas and services into compelling, client-focused bids that clearly demonstrate value and impact.
