Henry Lynch

I am the Managing Director of Lynch Brother Homes, responsible for leading the company’s operations and strategic direction across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

I began my career as an apprentice carpenter, gaining hands-on experience that continues to inform my approach today. Early on, I was proud to receive Oxfordshire’s Best Apprentice Award, and I have since progressed through project management into my current role.

I now lead a skilled team delivering a range of residential projects, maintaining a hands-on and collaborative approach to ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction. I am particularly focused on continuous improvement, modern construction methods, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and project teams.

In 2025, I was honoured to be named Young Business Person of the Year at the Oxfordshire Business Awards.
