About the member
I’m a performance coach, speaker, and strategic advisor who works with founders and leadership teams looking to remove the bottlenecks that slow business growth.
My background started in investment banking before moving into coaching and leadership development. Over the past two decades I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, and high performers who want to think more clearly, make better decisions, and build businesses that don’t depend on them being involved in everything.
Alongside my business work, I’m also involved in international croquet as a performance coach and mentor, helping elite players develop the mindset and decision-making needed to compete at the highest level. I've also taken up archery again after a longish gap.
I split my time between Buckinghamshire and North Wales, where I also run small retreats and masterminds focused on high performance and personal fulfilment.
