I co-founded Cameo Consultancy in 2010 and still genuinely love recruitment. For me, it’s never just been about filling vacancies. I love getting under the skin of a business, understanding its people and culture, and finding someone who doesn’t just look right on paper but genuinely belongs there.

I’m a big believer in relationships and I’ve always been a natural connector. I love bringing people together, making introductions and spotting opportunities for people to help each other.

I’m also an Associate Director of the Banbury OpenDoorz networking group and volunteer with Age UK, so people and community feature pretty heavily in my life both in and outside work.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the gym, out walking my bestie Max, running or cycling - normally because I’ve signed myself up for another challenge and then wondering why! I also love good coffee, great food, audiobooks and podcasts, and spending time with family and friends.

Cameo Consultancy is a people first recruitment partner based just outside Banbury. For the past 16 years, we’ve worked closely with local and regional businesses to help them find great people across Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Office Support, Operations, Sales and Customer Service.

We don’t believe recruitment should be one-size-fits-all, so we offer different ways to work with us depending on what a business actually needs. We offer flexible services to suit every budget from advertising support, flexible fee models, to fully managed recruitment where we become an extension of the internal team.

At the heart of Cameo is relationships. Many of our clients have worked with us for years because they trust us to understand their business, represent them properly in the market and care about finding the right long-term fit rather than simply filling a vacancy.
