I started Panda People to provide HR support for small businesses and charities who don’t need, or can’t afford, full-time or ongoing HR support. My goal is to provide affordable, flexible services tailored to your organisation’s needs, so you can focus on what you do best without the stress of navigating complex HR challenges.
That’s why I offer a free HR audit. No matter your size, you deserve clear information and practical, people-focused solutions without it breaking the bank. You’ll receive a report highlighting any risks and suggested actions, giving you the choice to handle them yourself or work with me for tailored support. It’s my way of making HR more approachable, transparent, and genuinely useful for the organisations and communities that need it most.
