After more than 20 years in Learning and Development, I took everything I'd learnt, everything I'd enjoyed, and everything I believed great training should be, and created Emerald Training and People Development Services.
Designing workshops and training programmes is what I genuinely love doing. There's nothing better than taking a subject that can feel complicated, turning it into something practical, engaging and relevant, and seeing people's confidence grow as the day unfolds.
Whether I'm developing bespoke training, creating eLearning or standing in front of a classroom, my aim is always the same: to deliver learning that's enjoyable, useful and makes a genuine difference long after the session has finished.

Our courses are continually evolving to reflect current legislation, best practice and, most importantly, what our clients need. We take the time to understand what's important to you, so every session is relevant, practical and designed around your organisation. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach because no two organisations are the same.
