My background includes leading commercial strategy for some of the UK's largest distribution groups, representing British Gypsum, Isover and Celotex brands within Saint-Gobain. I have led contract negotiations, pricing strategy, supply-chain recovery programmes and growth initiatives across customer organisations representing more than £600m in annual turnover.
Today I apply that experience as Commercial Director at ANDRAC Medical, where I hold responsibility for commercial strategy, supplier partnerships, pricing, procurement engagement, product portfolio development and overall business growth. Working directly with NHS trusts, private healthcare providers and international manufacturers, I am helping diversify and modernise the business while developing new routes to market.
