Having been in Learning and Development for over 20 years, I have taken all the best bits of what I know and created Emerald and People Development Services. Creating workshops, sessions and training is something I thoroughly enjoy. Imparting my knowledge and helping people become more confident is my passion and it's very rewarding.

Our sessions, courses and workshops are evolving all the time and we pride ourselves in finding about what is important for you to gain from our services so it is relevant to you. We don't believe in a one size fits all and we will do all we can to ensure you gain true value from us.
