Jan Revill

I'm Jan Revill originally from London and grew up in and around Harrow. Went to secondary school in North Harrow and left home when I was 18 to move to Windsor with my now husband of 40 years Terry. 

I love animals and have always had cats and dogs

From a very early age and as part of my teenage years grew up going Drag Racing at locations like Santa Pod and Blackbushe Airfield for many years with my brothers and then Terry.  Still into cars but the Classic sort, going to shows during the year with our Triumph Stag.

Gifted with two lovely stepdaughters and 4 great grown up grandchildren

I have 3 brothers - 1 Sister and numerous nieces and nephews plus more as we are now a great Aunty🙀

Have moved around quite a lot and lived in London- Berkshire - Oxfordshire - Lincolnshire - Suffolk - Hertfordshire and full circle back to Oxfordshire.

Have done a bit of part time care work since moving back to Oxford which fills up the week!

When I'm not doing coffee I love to socialise - love to watch F1 and Moto GP so anything fast and furious. Bit like life😂

Going back to the 1980's Hubby started a coffee company which we originally lived in Windsor called Coffilta Coffee and then as we moved around and into Oxford I took over and changed it to The Village Coffee Company. Ran this for some years and then sold up and moved out of the area and worked for a company for over 20 years building that up - still in coffee and left there in Dec 2022. We then decided to move back to Oxford and this is where Coffee Lady was launched. With some changes over the past 4 years - we are where we are now and growing daily.

Coffee Lady is built on exceptional customer service - especially after sales.

From the initial meeting or discussion on the phone - quoting - checking - site surveys - following through suppliers installations making sure everything goes right on the day - to give my customers a service that exceeds their expectations.

Passion for the coffee industry which I try and resinate to my clients. The experience and knowledge I have built up over 35 years is what I am using to support my customers/clients and in turn their customers/staff/visitors. 

We work with some amazing people supply ethical coffee beans and can bring this to your home or business. 

We have found recently servicing is a big issue for customers! Why? 

People purchase machines new or used and are not told about ongoing service costs - what they need in place before some manufactures will attend any calls - this is where my knowledge comes in to advise and take on the arrangements for you. 

We know who to speak to - what to ask - what we need to achieve. Win Win

Backing these up with ongoing yearly servicing and filter changes

Coffee Lady also works with a Water Cooler/Tap company so we can supply Floor Standing/Table Top Water Coolers and Taps from Hot/Cold to Hot/Cold/Sparkling in various formats to suit requirements and also provide the ongoing servicing for these too.
