For most of my career I had a ‘side hustle’ focused on talent development (coaching and training design and delivery).
I set up the company in 2019 to focus full time on talent development.
My ‘Covid Project’ was to produce a book - Making a Choice: and the coaching conversation - which explores how the brain shapes our decision-making, progress and blockages… and how that may play into the coaching experience.

I help clients work out - and then work through - their next best step, whether that’s for themselves, their team or their business.
Rather than force a single solution on every client situation, I adapt coaching, mentoring, training and consultancy tools and expertise to each client’s needs.

I launched this site to help people with great ideas and technical ability, but who maybe don’t have so much experience with the basics of running a business. The site hosts a growing library of videos (each c10 mins long max) covering specific business ideas, tools and techniques, which you can access again and again at your own pace. All for only £15+VAT a month.
